We are continuously developing the WSCAD software and integrating the latest technologies so that you can implement your projects efficiently and cost-effectively. Each new software release brings immediate additional benefits with the new features and innovations. The maintenance agreement is therefore an integral part of the WSCAD software. Basic Maintenance is included in all WSCAD subscriptions contracts, unless stated otherwise. It provides, among other things:

  • Technical Support – depending on the program version, by email, phone and remote access
  • Constantly updated Software (up-to-date)
  • Free updates
  • Extensive concomitant data (symbols, parts of various manufacturers)
  • Adaptation to new industry standards and regulations
  • Predictable IT costs
  • Additional interfaces and functionality

A tailor-made solution

Since the requirements for support services and response times vary on an individual basis, we respond flexibly to you and offer our support at three attractive levels: Basic, Plus and Premium. Because your needs are what matters most!

Maintenance Basic

Each newly acquired software license automatically includes the basic maintenance for a minimum of 24 months. This entitles you to receive automatic product improvements (patches) and software updates for new WSCAD versions. Our specialists respond to questions within 48 hours or faster. In addition, you have access to wscaduniverse.com with over 2.1 million parts and related data from more than 400 manufacturers. You can easily filter, find, and insert finished part data directly from the WSCAD application into your plans – it doesn’t get easier and faster than that!

Maintenance Plus

At this maintenance level, you receive an exclusive customer card with a separate telephone number and a preferred e-mail address. Our response time is a maximum of four hours. You will also receive a number of useful benefits: For example, a 10% discount on all services offered by WSCAD Global Business Services. Plus two online update trainings per year with valued at 790.00 EUR. In addition, we also create part data for you for 10 items of your choice per year valued at approx. 500.00 EUR.

Maintenance Premium

Our highest maintenance level with a response time of two hours or less. You now have a personal contact in our Support Department. On services offered by WSCAD Global Business Services, you now receive a 15% discount, and we create part data for 20 items of your choice per year. You can thus look forward to meeting your ever-changing and growing demands calmly.

Technical Support is available exclusively to customers with a valid software maintenance agreement. You will receive your maintenance and technical support from where you purchased your WSCAD license. The exclusive telephone numbers for the Plus Maintenance and Premium Maintenance agreements can be found in your documentation.
